Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Manager located in Mumbai. The Gold Loan Manager will be responsible for managing gold loan portfolios, assessing and approving loans, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely collection of payments, and overseeing the efficient operation of the gold loan branch. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and strategizing to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in gold loan management, financial analysis, and loan approval processes
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis of market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
