About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Golang Developer (SDE I) who thrives in solving complex problems and building high-performance systems. You’ll be a key part of an agile team that designs, develops, and optimizes backend services powering large-scale, real-time applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable tech designs.
• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Design APIs, SQL structures, and class designs to support scalable architectures.
• Optimize system performance, ensure low latency, and handle large-scale traffic.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code while improving existing systems.
• Participate in peer reviews and technical discussions to drive continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• Golang (3+ year hands-on experience)
• Strong DSA fundamentals (problem-solving, graph algorithms, etc.)
• Class Design, SQL, APIs
• Excellent understanding of Low-Level & High-Level Design (LLD/HLD)
• Hands-on with tools like Redis, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes (added advantage).
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.

Good-to-Have

• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Python, Linux, MySQL, Redis, or Memcache.
• Experience with high-traffic applications or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with graph algorithms and real-time data processing.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
