Job Description

Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for the Food product vertical.
Translate company objectives into product goals, measurable outcomes, and prioritized roadmaps.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and career development.
Foster a culture of customer obsession, accountability, and high performance.
Drive end-to-end product development cycles, from problem discovery and ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of building and scaling consumer technology products, with experience in Food/Commerce/Delivery being a strong plus.
Strong strategic thinking skills to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across tech and business functions.
Data-driven decision making with experience running experiments and leveraging insights.
Customer-centric, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, yet able to zoom out and think big picture.
