Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Product Design to join our team at Loopio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design and development, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement product design strategies to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
Create and maintain detailed product specifications and prototypes.
Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product design decisions.
Lead the design process from concept to launch.
Ensure products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of product design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with design tools and software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
