Summary
As a Mid Office Consultant, you will play a key role in enabling digital transformation of financial and project control functions in the Real Estate and Engineering & Construction industries. You will work with client stakeholders to enhance cost management, contract administration, project monitoring, and compliance through technology platforms. Your responsibilities will focus on process mapping, implementation support, and configuration of mid office solutions to drive transparency, cost efficiency, and financial control.Key Value Drivers & Levers
Financial Control & Cost Efficiency – strengthen project cost tracking, forecasting, and variance management.
Contract Governance – enable structured workflows for contract creation, monitoring, and compliance.
Project Performance Visibility – deliver analytics and dashboards for monitoring KPIs across cost, schedule, and risk.
Risk Management – improve oversight of project and vendor risks through mid office process automation.
Scalable Operations – build resilient and scalable mid office capabilities aligned to enterprise growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support delivery of digital mid office transformation programs in Real Estate and Engineering & Construction sectors.Configure and support ERP and project control platforms (SAP, Oracle, Primavera, or equivalent) to enhance cost, contract, and project management processes.Map and analyze mid office processes including project budgeting, cost control, contract administration, and compliance reporting.Collaborate with finance, project management, and procurement teams to design digital workflows that align with organizational objectives.Assist with system testing, deployment, and training to ensure adoption of mid office solutions.Prepare detailed documentation of processes, functional requirements, and solution design.Contribute to vendor evaluations, tool assessments, and benchmarking exercises.Develop re-usable assets, accelerators, and frameworks to strengthen delivery quality.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have:
Experience in project controls, cost management, or contract management within Real Estate or Construction.Understanding of ERP and project management systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good-to-Have:
Hands-on platform configuration or implementation support experience.Familiarity with project dashboards, reporting, and analytics.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information
Candidates should demonstrate practical experience in financial or project control processes for Real Estate or Construction, with exposure to ERP or project control platforms. Hands-on involvement in transformation programs, including implementation support, will be highly valued.This position is based in a Hybrid – Pan India model.
Qualification
Experience: 5–8 years
Educational Qualification: B.Tech//MBA (Preferred:Finance, Construction Management, or Operations specialization)
