As a

Consultant in Strategy & Consulting – Automotive Warranty Management & Claims

, you will work with leading automotive clients to transform their warranty value chain. You will support clients in leveraging data, analytics, and digital tools to optimize warranty operations, reduce claim costs, and improve customer experience. The role will require a mix of functional expertise, analytical skills, and technology awareness to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warranty Value Chain Analysis: Support clients in assessing their warranty processes end-to-end, from policy design to claim adjudication and supplier recovery.
  • Claims Analytics: Apply analytical methods to evaluate warranty claims data, identify trends, detect fraud, and recommend cost-optimization levers.
  • Tool Enablement: Work with industry-standard warranty management tools (e.g., SAP Warranty, Oracle Warranty, custom OEM platforms) to design, configure, or enhance client processes.
  • Benchmarking & Insights: Conduct research and develop insights on industry best practices in warranty management, including predictive analytics, AI/ML-based failure detection, and supplier negotiations.
  • Value Realization: Assist in building business cases for warranty cost reduction, supplier recovery improvements, and customer satisfaction gains.
  • Client Delivery: Support project teams in delivering strategy, process redesign, and implementation engagements for global automotive clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional client teams (after-sales, service, finance, supply chain, and IT) to ensure integrated solutions.
