Job Description

As a Sales & Channel Partner Program Manager for Proface HMI / IPCs and Schneider Automation Products, your role involves planning and achieving sales targets to drive high growth. Channel Partner Management is a crucial aspect where you will deploy effective policies aligned with the company's strategic goals. This includes setting clear targets for partners, monitoring performance, and providing incentives to motivate success. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinating with stakeholders to execute sales strategies and channel partner programs efficiently. - Identifying market opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing technical support for partners. - Collaborating with Offer Marketing and BD teams for Demand Generation, New Launches, Market Feedback, and Product Positioning. - Developing new customers, particularly OEMs and EU, while maintaining existing customer relationships. - Utilizing knowledge of Industrial OEMs and strong understanding of HMI and SCADA systems to address customer needs and drive business growth. Qualifications required: - Degree in Electronic Engineering. - 7-10+ years of experience in sales. - Proficiency in HMI/SCADA & automation products. - Ability to manage Key Accounts, Distributors, and OEMs effectively. - Strong commercial and market knowledge. - Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
