Job Description

You will be responsible for planning and achieving sales targets for Proface HMI / IPCs and Schneider Automation Products, driving high growth in sales. An essential aspect of your role will be managing channel partners effectively by implementing policies that are in line with the company's strategic objectives. This entails establishing clear and attainable targets for channel partners, monitoring their performance regularly, and devising incentives to encourage and reward their success. Your role will also involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of sales strategies and channel partner programs. The focus will be on identifying potential market opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing technical support for channel partners. Collaboration with the Offer Marketing and Business Development team will be crucial for activities such as demand generation, new product launches, gathering market feedback, product positioning, and campaign launches. You will be expected to develop relationships with new customers, particularly OEMs and EU clients, while also retaining existing customers. A strong understanding of Industrial OEMs, as well as proficiency in HMI and SCADA, will be necessary. Your ability to comprehend the requirements of OEMs and generate business accordingly will be key to your success in this role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. - 7 to 10 years of experience in sales. - Proficient in HMI / SCADA and automation products. - Capable of managing and expanding Key Accounts, Distributors, and OEMs by presenting compelling arguments. - Possesses sound commercial and market knowledge. - Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building, influencing stakeholders, and convincing them effectively. This is a full-time position that requires a proactive and results-oriented approach to meeting sales targets and fostering strong partnerships with channel partners and customers.,
