GM Operations - Hotel

Operations Management

• Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the property with a focus on guest satisfaction, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgeting, cost controls, vendor coordination, inventory management, and procurement.
• Monitor hotel performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.

Sales & Marketing

• Create and execute sales strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue, especially during peak and off-seasons.
• Develop partnerships with travel agents, OTAs, DMCs, and corporates to generate mass bookings and long-stay guests.
• Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase visibility and brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.

Mass Bookings & Group Events

• Handle inquiries, coordination, and execution of bulk bookings for groups, events, retreats, weddings, and corporate off-sites.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service for group stays and events.
• Negotiate group contracts and manage booking logistics end-to-end.

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Uphold the highest standards of guest service, hospitality, and satisfaction.
• Personally engage with guests and VIPs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Implement guest feedback systems and resolve complaints or service lapses quickly and professionally.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and motivate departmental heads and their teams to foster a culture of service excellence.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Promote teamwork, staff development, and a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
