As a Financial Analyst Leader in Indonesia (with relocation assisted), you will play a crucial role in driving strategic financial planning and performance analysis for multinational clients in Mining, Heavy Industry, and Oil & Gas sectors across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function across multiple business units - Driving annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processes - Developing and maintaining financial models to support business decisions - Analyzing P&L, cost structures, margin performance, and financial KPIs - Preparing insightful reports for C-Suite and Board stakeholders - Collaborating with Business, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain leaders to identify risks and opportunities - Leading and mentoring regional finance analysts and planning teams - Streamlining FP&A processes for efficiency and consistency - Ensuring compliance with regional regulations and internal controls Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics - CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred - 8+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with 3+ years in a leadership role - Regional experience across APAC strongly preferred - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools - Strong strategic thinking, communication, and influencing skills - Highly analytical with a problem-solving mindset - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrixed environment Please note that this is a Full-Time, Permanent, Regional Leadership Role with the opportunity for heavy traveling (>50%).
