Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GM Finance and Accounts, located in Bhopal. The GM Finance and Accounts will oversee the financial operations of the hospital, including the preparation of financial statements, management of internal controls, and analysis of financial data. This role will involve budgeting, accounting, financial planning and reporting, ensuring financial compliance, and providing insights for financial strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Finance and Accounting
Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
Strong Analytical Skills
Knowledge of Internal Controls and financial compliance
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Relevant certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus
Experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory.
