The Role:

Global Wholesale Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global wholesale strategy

  targeting luxury boutiques, spas, concept stores, and department stores

• Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing and onboarding new accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier buyers, showrooms, agents, and international distributors
• Represent the brand at major trade shows, showroom appointments, and market weeks
• Curate and maintain a network of stockists that align with our luxury positioning
• Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure seasonal sell-in success
• Forecast sales, manage order volumes, and analyze performance by region and account
• Monitor sell-through rates, reorders, and door-level performance to guide future assortments
• Educate retail partners on product stories, styling, and seasonal brand vision

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of wholesale/B2B sales experience in luxury or premium fashion

• Proven track record of opening and growing high-end retail accounts globally
• Strong network of buyer relationships in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Global mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Deep understanding of brand integrity and how to scale luxury thoughtfully
• Proficiency in wholesale tools and platforms (e.g., Joor, NuOrder, HubSpot)
