Global Trade Relations (Inside Sales) Intern

As a Sales Executive, your role involves researching and generating lists of potential customers, providing input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature, and assisting in developing client relationships while retaining existing accounts. You will also be responsible for evaluating new sponsorship opportunities, learning and applying sales techniques, and maintaining sales records. Additionally, conducting demos on a regular basis is a key part of your responsibilities. In terms of customer support, you will extend assistance to clients during the onboarding process, make regular proactive service calls to existing clients, and address their needs and queries regarding transaction processing. It will be essential for you to maintain systematic documentation of customer logs, turn-around time, complaint resolution, etc. Key Internal Relationships you will be managing include Relationship Managers and the IT Division. You will also have Key External Relationships with Clients and Referral partners. To excel in this role, you should have a sound understanding of sales management and the sales process. Good listening and conflict-resolution skills are crucial, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude. Your ability to negotiate deals and your working knowledge of trade finance products will be beneficial in meeting the job requirements.,
