Job Description

As a Global Talent Operations Vendor Manager at Sanofi, your role will involve optimizing relationships with external talent vendors to ensure high-quality service performance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with global standards. You will oversee vendor relationships, manage the global vendor budget, establish market guardrails for standardized vendor use, and collaborate closely with Procurement and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact for communication, issue resolution, and performance management with global talent vendors (including RPOs) - Foster collaborative partnerships to align with Sanofi's talent acquisition goals - Manage the global talent vendor budget, track spending, analyze trends, and identify cost optimization opportunities - Develop clear guardrails and guidelines for markets when engaging with talent vendors - Ensure standardized and streamlined vendor use across Sanofi - Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and drive continuous improvement aligned with talent acquisition strategy - Manage Procurement Collaboration & Contract Management to meet contractual obligations and align vendor strategies with wider procurement goals - Understand regional vendor needs and support local Talent Acquisition Leads during the vendor selection process - Stay updated on legal and industry regulations related to talent vendor management and ensure compliance **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant experience in talent acquisition vendor management on a global level - Experience in managing vendors, tracking budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency - Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Beamery, HireVue, and business intelligence tools - Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders in diverse environments - Strong project management skills with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies - Fluent in English (both verbal and written) - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Certification in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus If this opportunity aligns with your experience and interests, we encourage you to apply and be part of a supportive, future-focused team at Sanofi.
