  • Job Profile:
  • As a Specialist – Global Recruitment, you will be responsible for growing a global network of staffing/recruitment
  • partners. You will play a key role in sourcing top talent (Contractual & Freelancers) from cost-effective regions across
  • the globe. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to build and nurture relationships with key
  • stakeholders, fostering collaboration with partner’s ecosystem that aligns with our business goals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Identifying and engaging with staffing/recruitment partners to access and develop a diverse pool of
  • candidates from cost-effective countries.
  • • Utilize various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels to source potential candidates with
  • a key focus on Language specialist, multilingual specialist and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and
  • Mathematics)
  • • Build, nurture, and enhance relationships with universities and higher education providers from key study
  • abroad destinations.
  • • Source and attract top freelancers by utilizing a variety of sourcing channels and techniques.
  • • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • • Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts for short term/one-time assignment, including sourcing, screening,
  • interviewing, and selection.
  • • Demonstrate success in communication and personal relationship development at all levels across
  • colleagues and partners.
  • • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activity, trends, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and
  • partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on contractual, Freelancer sourcing and/or staffing
  • partnerships.
  • • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools.
