Job Description

You will be joining Fusionpact Technologies as a Senior Sales Leader & ISO Domain Expert to drive the global adoption and commercial success of their multi-tenant ISO Certification Management Platform, a key component of their broader Compliance Suite. As a strategic sales leader with deep ISO expertise, you will play a crucial role in transforming compliance through technology. **Key Responsibilities** - **Product & Domain Leadership (40%)** - Act as the ISO & Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding internal teams on ISO standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and certification workflows. - Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to translate market needs into product enhancements. - Identify opportunities to integrate ISO modules with other Compliance Suite products like ESG and Regulatory GRC. - Lead internal enablement and training sessions to enhance understanding of the compliance ecosystem. - **Global Sales & Client Acquisition (40%)** - Develop the go-to-market strategy for onboarding ISO Certification Agencies globally. - Lead end-to-end enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, demos, proposal design, and closure. - Cultivate strong relationships with senior decision-makers such as CEOs, CCOs, and Operations Heads. - Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the full Compliance Suite. - Negotiate and finalize high-value enterprise contracts, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term client success. - **Market Intelligence & Business Growth (20%)** - Stay updated on global ISO certification trends, compliance frameworks, and competitive offerings. - Gather client insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning. - Be responsible for achieving revenue targets, client expansion, and sustained growth across regions. **Qualifications Required** - 7+ years of experience in the ISO certification or compliance ecosystem, such as Lead Auditor, Certification Body Management, or Accreditation experience. - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Sales, preferably in Compliance, GRC, or Audit software sectors. - Strong strategic mindset with the ability to sell the vision of a unified compliance platform. - Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills for C-suite conversations. - Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and conferences.
