Role Overview: Fusionpact Technologies, a fast-growing technology consulting and product development company, is seeking a Senior Sales Leader & ISO Domain Expert to drive the global adoption and commercial success of their multi-tenant ISO Certification Management Platform. The role involves combining deep ISO domain knowledge with strategic B2B SaaS sales expertise to lead growth and transform how Certification Agencies and Compliance Bodies operate worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Product & Domain Leadership (40%) - Act as the ISO & Compliance Subject Matter Expert, guiding internal teams on ISO standards and certification workflows. - Partner with Product & Engineering teams to enhance the product based on market needs. - Identify opportunities to integrate ISO modules with other Compliance Suite products. - Conduct internal enablement and training sessions to enhance understanding of the compliance ecosystem. - Global Sales & Client Acquisition (40%) - Develop the go-to-market strategy for onboarding ISO Certification Agencies globally. - Lead enterprise sales activities from prospecting to closure, including demos and proposal design. - Foster relationships with senior decision-makers and drive cross-selling opportunities. - Negotiate and close high-value enterprise contracts, ensuring client success. - Market Intelligence & Business Growth (20%) - Stay updated on global ISO certification trends and competitive offerings. - Utilize client insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning. - Be responsible for revenue targets, client expansion, and growth across regions. Qualification Required: - 7+ years in the ISO certification or compliance ecosystem, such as Lead Auditor or Certification Body Management. - 5+ years in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Sales, preferably in Compliance, GRC, or Audit software sectors. - Strong strategic mindset and excellent communication skills for C-suite interactions. - Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and conferences.
