About the Team: The work of the HR team is key to supporting the business, line managers and employees. The Total Reward team is a global function within the HR team supporting compensation, benefits and mobility activities for the organization. The Global Programs team based in Bangalore provides operational and analytics support to the Total Rewards function. The team is responsible for providing a consistently great customer experience and making sure services are delivered optimally meeting all policy and compliance requirements. The Global Programs Team also includes responsibility for improvement - how can systems, processes and data be optimized to make the service even better and take a pro-active approach to lead not just respond to the wider team and business requirements. Role Summary: The Global Programs Manager will support: Lead the delivery, planning and project management of the merit and bonus cycles in workday, salary surveys, and the annual pay scale review Oversee and project manage regional activities e.g. gender pay reporting, midyear reviews, and adhoc benchmarking Assist with execution of annual projects outlined at the start of the year. Manage and develop a team of highly analytical professionals Forge strong partnerships with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure effective program delivery Manage relationships with external suppliers and oversee query management. Document processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Support with other ad hoc requests from the Sr. Reward Manager Key Skills and Behaviours: Demonstrable success in a compensation role, within a large complex corporate environment Experience with workday Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills Advanced level of competence in Excel, and proficiency in Power BI Ability to present data and recommendations clearly and logically.
