Role Overview

Program Manager

This role is a mix of operations, analytics, process design, and cross-functional execution — perfect for someone who likes end-to-end ownership and moving fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the tutor supply base for assigned categories
• Acquire, screen, onboard, and improve the performance of subject experts across the US, Canada, and the UK
• Drive end-to-end execution: process design, data analysis, performance monitoring, quality improvements
• Partner with Operations, Growth, Product, and Student Experience teams to solve real on-ground challenges
• Lead and coach a small team, driving performance and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, category management, or marketplace roles
• Strong analytical skills (Excel is a must; SQL/Tableau is a bonus)
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Ownership mindset, bias for action, and a “get things done” attitude
• Hungry to learn, build, and create impact
• Comfortable working in US shift timings (workday starts at 2 PM IST)
