Global Performance and Reward Excellence Specialist
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the deployment and operational service of all Performance Management activities at Unilever, in conjunction with our country PEX teams, HR Expertise teams and 3rd party providers. This includes working on our Annual Pay Review, End of Year and Mid-Year Review processes.
JOB SUMMARY
Key role to support the Annual Pay Review operational process, tools and procedures to meet agreed budget deliverables and timelines
Owning and delivering operational projects to support the delivery of business as usual and/or changes to system/policy/process
Partner with Reward Expertise & HR on Reward, Benefits & Pay Review processes on design and process focusing on continuous improvement in Workday
Support and deliver the Annual Pay Review training sessions to HRBPs, People Experience Leads, Data Specialists, Service Delivery, Reward, 3rd Party Providers and other internal stakeholders
Provide an effective interface and partnership between HR expertise, Technology teams and 3rd parties
Engage with key stakeholders within Reward Expertise who define the company compensation strategies and requirements and translate these into Workday requirements
Support Workday configuration requirements for any changes required for the new Performance management framework
Test Workday configuration changes implemented
Develop and participate in the system interface and process design activities as we'll as User Acceptance Testing
Understand different country regulatory and statutory requirements for compensation and how these can be met within Workday
Manage effective resolution of all live service issues, user queries and escalations - this will involve liaising with other internal Unilever teams and 3rd party providers
Creating and/or update training and communication materials, manage and maintain documentation and several different SharePoint sites
Maintaining and improving the service delivery model including SOPs and FAQs
Undertake additional continuous improvement activities and ad hoc projects as required
Keep up to date on all new Workday release changes and how this will impact / could improve the overall compensation processes in Unilever
Work with internal stakeholders to drive and deliver ongoing improvements in employee experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
bachelors Degree (preferred)
Reward experience
Experience implementing Workday HCM and Compensation with full life cycle
(preferred)
Administrative experience
Customer Service experience
Working with 3rd parties
