Job Description

You will be joining a highly successful global Fintech firm known for simplifying worldwide transfers and ensuring compliance. With a presence in over 20 offices worldwide, you will have the opportunity to work alongside teammates from diverse skill sets and cultural backgrounds, fostering seamless collaboration across borders. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Integration, Product Development, Operations, Legal, and Sales teams to integrate new solutions, enhance existing products, and provide exceptional experiences to our customers. You will also partner with Business Development teams to drive merchant enablement initiatives, identify upsell opportunities, and create innovative revenue streams through effective partnership strategies. Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, understand market trends, and leverage competitive opportunities will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership activities and revenue generation. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications will be considered a plus. You should have at least 5 years of progressive experience in partnerships and/or business development, with a proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic alliances or sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential, as you will be required to influence stakeholders internally and externally across various functions and levels. You should demonstrate the ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy and self-responsibility. Thriving in roles where you can take initiative and drive projects forward with minimal supervision will be a key strength. Additionally, you should possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve results through effective partnership management.,
