Job Description

As the Director, Employee Experience and Internal Communications at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in managing the strategic development and execution of Engagement and Internal Communications initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting the assessment of current employee and leadership engagement and developing strategies to maintain and increase engagement, satisfaction, and sustainable business performance. - Developing an integrated Internal Communications plan aligned with strategic priorities and relevant audiences/stakeholders. - Guiding internal stakeholders on strategic employee engagement and change communication best practices. - Leading employee and leadership-facing campaigns and championing employee perspectives. - Providing input into employee and leadership engagement tools and solutions to measure effectiveness. - Championing storytelling to bring organization strategy to life and reinforce the brand and values. - Supporting communication of strategic HR initiatives such as onboarding and learning and development. - Collaborating with HR and business peers on intersecting initiatives. - Managing global scheduling and planning processes to align strategic messages. - Drafting and producing engaging messages and content consistent with the global narrative. - Utilizing various communication channels to engage internal audiences effectively. To thrive in this role, you need to have: - Significant understanding of strategic employee engagement and Internal Communications. - Knowledge of internal communication principles, tools, and measurement. - Ability to develop and execute strategies that enhance employee engagement in alignment with organizational goals. - Leadership and mentoring capabilities. - Ability to analyze data and drive improvement in communication and engagement. - Conflict resolution skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and key stakeholders. - Adapt communication strategies to diverse cultural backgrounds. Academic qualifications and certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Employee Engagement/Human Resources or related field. - Certifications in Coaching, Change Management, Behavioral Sciences, or HR practices are an advantage. Required experience: - Significant experience in Employee Engagement and/or Internal Communications roles. - Leadership and strategic mentorship capabilities. - Leading communication efforts during organizational changes. - Collaboration with executive leadership and stakeholders. - Demonstrated experience in driving transformational change and advocating employee needs. - Experience in digital transformation and technology's role in boosting engagement.
