Global Head of CGI

Role Overview: Brandtech+ (formerly known as OLIVER+) is a global team specializing in film, CGI, automation, AI, motion design, and digital/print content. As the Global Head of CGI, you will lead a world-class CGI/3D team in delivering visually stunning, high-impact creative work for global brands. Your role will involve setting a bold creative vision, leveraging AI-driven innovation, and providing hands-on direction to drive creative excellence and push boundaries. This dynamic role requires adaptability, collaboration, and managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of CGI projects, ensuring high-quality output and leveraging AI-enhanced workflows for efficiency and creativity. - Establish creative and technical direction for CGI content, including sequence setup, lighting, rendering, and final delivery. - Mentor and inspire a team of 3D artists and CG Team leads, providing guidance, feedback, and career development opportunities. - Collaborate with Producers and Team leads to align on project objectives and deliverables. - Allocate team resources effectively across projects to meet deadlines and maintain quality. - Oversee assets readiness for review, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure projects align with the latest CGI techniques and AI innovations. - Explore new tools, techniques, and workflows to push CGI boundaries and deliver innovative solutions. - Act as a client-facing representative for all CGI work, presenting ideas, discussing progress, and ensuring client vision realization. - Maintain visual consistency and fidelity across all projects as a brand guardian. Qualifications Required: - Extensive expertise in CGI, including data prep, lighting, compositing, texturing, and animation. - Expert-level proficiency in Cinema4D + Octane and 3DsMax + Vray, with experience in tools like Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender, or Redshift as a bonus. - Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, resource management, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. - Strong creative and technical vision with the ability to communicate benchmarks effectively. - Excellent client-facing skills for presenting, defending, and selling ideas. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, advanced texturing tools, and real-time rendering tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to take projects from concept to completion while managing time, resources, and client expectations. - Impeccable attention to detail, curiosity, and a desire for continuous learning and innovation. - Business development skills for client meetings, work presentations, and identifying opportunities.
