Description
As an IND Manager Compliance specializing in CLM Reporting & Analytics within the ASC Legal COE Solution Line, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and distributing regular and ad-hoc reporting to provide actionable insights. Your role will involve designing and constructing dashboards to visualize key performance and risk metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, and ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within legal and compliance-related systems and applications. Additionally, you will work with IT and vendors to configure and utilize tools effectively, identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, troubleshoot data and reporting issues, and act as the primary point of contact for all reporting and data management inquiries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reporting for actionable insights. - Design and build dashboards to visualize key performance and risk metrics. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide tailored solutions. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data within legal and compliance-related systems. - Work with IT and vendors to configure tools effectively and support updates or new features. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. - Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues. - Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting and data management inquiries. Skills and Competencies Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Data Science, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience post-qualification from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution, or 6 years of experience in reporting or data management. - Proficiency in workflow, data analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., PowerApps, Excel, Tableau, Power BI). - Experience with contract management systems and legal/compliance enterprise software. - Knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and compliance practices. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
