Global Banking & Markets Operations - OTC and Collateral Management Operations - Analyst - Hyderabad

In this role at Goldman Sachs within the Operations department, you will be primarily focused on mitigating counterparty credit risk through various operational processes. You will play a crucial role in identifying inefficiencies, risks, and implementing improvements. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing ISDA/CSA and other Master documentation, liaising with different internal teams, working on system enhancements, identifying potential risks, developing controls, analyzing workflow, producing reports, and ensuring process integrity. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you interact with various areas of the bank. The role will also involve cross-training to develop a broad understanding of departmental functions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review and analyze ISDA/CSA and other Master documentation - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Legal and Credit workflow and systems - Liaise with internal teams on various issues - Work closely with IT for system enhancements - Identify and mitigate potential risks in operational processes - Analyze and improve workflow for efficiency - Assist in producing reports and metrics - Perform control functions to ensure process integrity - Review and approve management and regulatory reports **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to break down and fully understand documentation - Attention to detail with a goal of zero defects - Ability to work both independently and in a team - Strong control orientation - Good problem-solving skills and judgment - Excellent verbal and written communication - Self-starter with a drive to learn In addition to the basic qualifications, preferred qualifications include keeping up to date with emerging trends, drive and motivation to handle multiple tasks, client and business focus, teamwork, effective communication skills, judgment and problem-solving abilities, creativity and innovation, and influencing outcomes.
