Job Title : Global Access Management Consultant

Job Location - India

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GAM Consultant to strengthen and streamline access management processes. The ideal candidate will support in periodic reviews and ensure timely and secure access provisioning and de-provisioning. This role is instrumental in ensuring compliance with internal controls (ITGC\/ITAC) and external audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the Global Access Managment team responsible for managing access requests (creation, modification, and role assignment) across critical applications.
Enforce and check password policies and ensure application-level compliance across all systems.
Ensure defined approval workflows for all access management activities are followed and documented.
Conduct monthly ITAC access reviews across critical applications; ensure results are compared with GAM team records and any discrepancies are resolved.
Maintain up-to-date mappings of user accounts vs applications, including ERP and SFA, ensuring linkage with employee IDs.
Ensure access is revoked promptly upon termination and all actions are documented and tracked via SharePoint or Manage Engine.
Support and follow-up in monthly periodic access review meetings for ITGC and ITAC compliance, ensuring proper governance and participation.
Collaborate with application owners to perform data extractions, validate review processes, and remediate gaps.
Support and perform access review cycles conducted every half-yearly are documented, followed up to closure and access removals as needed.
Participate and Support in preparation for external audits (e.g., annually from September).
