Key Responsibilities

Organizational Development

• Design and maintain organograms reflecting current and future business needs.
• Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures.

Performance Management

• Design, implement, and oversee Performance Management Systems (PMS).
• Drive goal-setting, appraisals, and structured feedback processes.

Policy & Compliance

• Formulate, update, and execute HR policies in line with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance while embedding organizational culture and values.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships and effectively manage expectations.
• Engage and align stakeholders with the companys mission and values.

Problem-Solving & Execution

• Proactively identify HR and organizational challenges.
• Develop practical solutions and ensure seamless execution.
• Demonstrate adaptability in handling diverse people-related issues.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Drive initiatives that enhance employee morale, collaboration, and retention.
• Promote a purpose-driven and value-oriented workplace culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in dynamic or client-focused industries.
• Strong expertise in Organizational Development, PMS, HR policy design, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence and engage leadership teams while aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Mature, proactive, and agile in decision-making.
• Willingness and ability to travel is mandatory.
