12+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in at least one of: Java, PHP, Python, or ABAP.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical initiatives.
Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security.
Exposure to other AI coding assistants (e.g., Amazon Code Whisperer).
Experience in setting up internal developer platforms or developer experience initiatives.
