. Define best practices, governance models, and usage guidelines for GitHub Copilot.
. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on demos to upskill teams.
. Stay up to date with the latest features, capabilities, and limitations of GitHub Copilot and related tools.
. Evaluate and recommend Copilot extensions, plugins, and integrations to enhance developer experience.
. Mentor developers on how to effectively collaborate with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
. 12+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in at least one of: Java, PHP, Python, or ABAP.
. Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
. Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical initiatives.
. Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security.
. Exposure to other AI coding assistants (e.g., Amazon Code Whisperer).
. Experience in setting up internal developer platforms or developer experience initiatives.
