Your Role

Define best practices, governance models, and usage guidelines for GitHub Copilot.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on demos to upskill teams.

Stay up to date with the latest features, capabilities, and limitations of GitHub Copilot and related tools.

Evaluate and recommend Copilot extensions, plugins, and integrations to enhance developer experience.

Mentor developers on how to effectively collaborate with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.

Your Profile

12+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in at least one ofJava, PHP, Python, or ABAP.

Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical initiatives.

Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security.

Exposure to other AI coding assistants (e.g., Amazon Code Whisperer).

Experience in setting up internal developer platforms or developer experience initiatives.
