eYantra Ventures is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate gifting and brand merchandising, a strong background in business development, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth in the gifting and merchandising domain.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

2. Client Acquisition and Management:

Identify potential corporate clients and build strong, long-term business relationships.

Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to increase business share.

3. Market Analysis:

Conduct detailed market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client requirements.

Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

4. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams including marketing, design, and operations to deliver client requirements effectively.

Coordinate with senior management to align business development goals with company strategy.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client acquisitions, and sales performance.

Analyze data to identify growth areas and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5–10 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in corporate gifting and merchandising (mandatory).
