We offer specialized coaching for healthcare professionals, including language training for Germany-bound candidates. We are now expanding our in-house German Language Division and inviting passionate and qualified trainers to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic German Language Trainer to conduct offline classroom sessions for students preparing for German proficiency exams (Levels A1–C1) and healthcare migration programs. The trainer will play a key role in developing speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills among students while maintaining a structured, engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct offline classroom sessions for A1 to C1 level learners following the Goethe/ÖSD framework.
• Prepare and deliver interactive lessons that meet course objectives.
• Evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback and guidance.
• Assist in developing and updating course materials, lesson plans, and practice modules.
• Train healthcare professionals in German language use for workplace and professional settings.
• Conduct periodic mock tests, oral practice sessions, and internal evaluations.
• Maintain attendance and performance records of students.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Support admission and counseling teams with demo classes when required.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimum qualification: German Language Certification – C1 or C2 level (Goethe, ÖSD, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in teaching German (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students of different backgrounds.
• Passionate about teaching and cultural exchange.
