Responsibilities
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Identify specific and high-performing candidates that will enhance the culture of the company. - Attract applicants, compete for top talent, improve quality of hire, and increase brand awareness - Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development. - Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results. - Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Min 5-7 years of BFSI / NBFC Mass Hiring experience post full time MBA
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills - Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
