We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Instructional Design. Responsibilities Create training content for all forms of training: eLearning, ILT, vILT, videos, SOPs. Communicate effectively in oral and written form. Write according to the learner needs and characteristics. Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages. Ideate content structure and design basis provided content strategy. Handle customer communication and SME interactions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications we seek in you. Graduate with 5+ years of experience working on learning projects alone and/or with a team. Essential skills: Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or related discipline. Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies. Exceptional comprehension, writing and research skill. Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies. Communication skills – ability to interact with clients, team members of the project team. Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
