Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Were hiring experienced Genesys Engage Technical Support Engineers to strengthen our support team. You should be adept at advanced troubleshooting and comfortable assisting regional team leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Level-2 support for Genesys Engage, SIP, SBCs, trace logs, ORS, and URS.
  • Provide L2 support for Genesys IVR (Inbound/Outbound) and eServices platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve call-routing and related telephony issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-regional teams across different time zones to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Familiarity with Nuance Gatekeeper security suites is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Engage, SIP, SBC troubleshooting, trace logs, ORS, and URS.
  • Proven track record resolving call-routing and telephony issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts (follow-the-sun model).
