Job Description

As a Testing Engineer at Wipro, you will be responsible for performing functional, integration, regression, and UAT Testing for Genesys Cloud Contact Center solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Validating and testing routing strategies, call flows, IVR, Chatbots, and Digital channels within Genesys Cloud. - Working with Genesys cloud admin console to configure, test, and troubleshoot Contact center features. - Supporting test planning, test case design, test data creation, and execution. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using tools like JIRA / ALM. - Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and administrators to ensure defects are resolved and retested. - Performing validation for system performance, scalability, and reliability in the Genesys environment. - Having a good understanding of telephony concepts such as SIP, VOIP, IVR, ACD, Routing, and call recording. Qualifications required for this role include having 3-5 years of experience in testing.
