Generative AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end fullstack applications leveraging Python, Java, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Architect and implement GenAI-powered solutions including RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph agents, and vector databases.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects to build scalable ETL workflows and solutions on Databricks.
• Apply system design principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture to deliver robust enterprise solutions.
• Ensure best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud (AWS/Azure) deployments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready software with focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Optimize solutions using strong knowledge of DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in fullstack software engineering.
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-powered products.
• Exposure to microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Prior experience in leading/mentoring a team of engineers.
• Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure) or Databricks are a plus.
