Role - Generative AI Engineer

Experience - 10 to 18 years

Work Location - Remote

Required Notice Period - Immediate Joiners or Serving Notice or 30 days

Must Have

• Bachelor’s in CS/ML/AI or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in ML/Data Science with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, or computer vision.
• Expertise in large-scale Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs).
• Experience working with multimodal datasets (text, images, 3D).
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and pandas.
• Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and optimisation.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models using cloud microservices (AWS).
• Strong software engineering background — OOP, testing, version control, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Define the AI vision and technical direction; establish best practices for the Generative AI team.
• Strategy & Roadmap: Shape and execute the AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases.
• Model Development: Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs) for multimodal document and data processing.
• Multimodal Innovation: Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated solutions.
• Scalable Engineering: Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and model training workflows.
• Cloud Deployment: Train, optimize, and deploy AI models using AWS and modern MLOps practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to embed AI into real-world products and workflows.
• Mentorship: Guide and upskill team members on ML architecture and best practices.
• Research: Stay current with the latest generative AI, deep learning, and multimodal model research.
