🧠 The Role: Generative AI Engineer (Agentic Systems)

As a Generative AI Engineer at Growhut, you’ll design and deploy the core intelligence

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  pipelines with real-world data flows.
• Build graph-based memory and reasoning systems using

  Graph LLM architectures

  .
• Develop agentic workflows with frameworks like

  LangGraph, Krivya, CrewAI, and AutoGen

  .
• Experiment with model fine-tuning techniques:

  LoRA

  ,

  PEFT

  , instruction tuning, and

  preference optimization

  .
• Create dynamic, retrieval-aware prompt strategies (few-shot, chain-of-thought, tool-use prompting).
• Design

  multi-agent orchestration flows

  for execution of real-world tasks (from compliance to marketing ops).
• Optimize inference systems for cost, latency, and performance at production scale.
• Stay updated with

  open-source agent stacks

  , foundation models, and the emerging agentic ecosystem.

✅ Technical Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who are curious, fast learners, and passionate about building meaningful AI systems.

You should have:

• Strong understanding of

  transformers

  , attention, and LLM architecture.
• Experience with

  vector DBs

  , embeddings, and

  RAG systems

• Familiarity with

  graph reasoning

  , knowledge graphs, or memory graphs.
• Prior work (or deep interest) in

  agentic frameworks

• Hands-on with
