Key Responsibilities:

Design and creation of
XML-based standard templates
for data integration.
Develop and optimize
prompt engineering techniques
for LLM frameworks.
Work with both
structured and unstructured data
to enable seamless integration with LLMs.
Build and maintain frameworks for effective use of
Large Language Models (LLMs)
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
Work with
Redshift databases
for data storage, retrieval, and processing.
Support the development of basic
UI interfaces
for AI tools and dashboards.
Contribute to defining and monitoring
business operational metrics
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6–8 years of professional experience, with
minimum 6 years in AI/ML-related roles
.
Strong knowledge of
Prompt Engineering
and LLM frameworks.
Proficiency in
Python programming
.
Hands-on experience with
Redshift databases
.
Basic
UI development skills
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in
business operational metrics
and analytics.
Exposure to enterprise-scale AI deployments.
