General Sales Manager

You are looking for a General Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager/General Manager position in Delhi with the following key requirements: Experience: - General Manager: 12-15 years - Deputy General Manager: 15-17 years - Senior Manager: 8-11 years - Manager: 7 years Qualification: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the lubricant industry - Experience in B2B Industrial Oils & Lubricants, Power Transmission & Distribution, Polymer Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, and Industrial Process Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales Execution: - Generate and convert leads through direct client interaction - Target key sectors: power transmission/distribution companies, polymer manufacturers, FMCG, masterbatch producers, lubricant industries - Drive sales volumes to meet zonal targets 2. Client Management & Retention: - Identify customer requirements, propose suitable grades/specs, handle price negotiations - Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships 3. Coordination & Post-Sale Support: - Coordinate with logistics for delivery schedules and bulk dispatches - Coordinate with the technical team for product-related queries - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution 4. Reporting & Analysis: - Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, orders, and market intelligence - Submit MIS reports on sales, pipeline, and customer status regularly to the Zonal Head Key Skills: - Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills - Ability to independently generate and close sales with industrial clients - Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Monthly Sales Target (KL): - Manager: 300 KL - 400 KL - Sr. Manager: 500 KL - AGM/DGM: 600 KL - 1000 KL - GM & Above: 1500 KL + Salary Range (INR per month): - Manager: 50,000 - 70,000 - Sr. Manager: 70,000 - 85,000 - AGM/DGM: 1,00,000 - 1,25,000 - GM & Above: 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 Customer visits should be recorded in the KOOPS app with the details.,
