As a General Manager / Zonal Lead for client servicing in Bangalore, your role will involve overseeing client servicing operations and driving business growth within the assigned region. You will need to have a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, exceptional client relationship management skills, and proven expertise in leading high-performing teams. Your responsibilities will include managing key client relationships, delivering business targets, and ensuring operational excellence across client portfolios. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the regional client servicing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner. - Lead business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities and cross-selling services. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns to ensure client satisfaction and timely execution. - Manage a team of Client Servicing Managers, Executives, and Account Leads, providing mentorship and growth opportunities. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and client deliverables. - Own revenue, profitability, and client retention targets for the region. - Review client portfolios and campaign performance, offering actionable insights. - Conduct periodic business reviews with clients and internal leadership. - Oversee brand budget allocations across various digital marketing channels. - Stay updated on digital marketing trends. - Monitor analytics and performance dashboards for data-backed decision-making. - Guide client teams on report analysis, insights generation, and ROI improvement initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field. MBA preferred. - Experience: 7-12 years of relevant experience in client servicing, digital marketing strategy, and business leadership roles. Experience in agency or digital marketing firms preferred. - Skills: Ability to manage large client portfolios, lead multi-functional teams, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, proficiency in reporting tools and Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and identify new business opportunities.
