Job Description

General Manager to AVP (Contracts SCM) Projects

Sector 67, Gurgaon

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our contracts team in the real estate division. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract management.

Role responsibilities

Lead contract negotiations and drafting for real estate transactions
Develop and implement procurement strategies for real estate projects
Manage and advise on contract disputes and claims
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and project management
Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Provide training and guidance to junior team members
Manage external counsel and vendors
Develop and manage budgets for contracts and procurement

Preferred Candidate Profile

12 to 15 years of experience in contract management and procurement
Real estate industry experience preferred
Strong negotiation and drafting skills
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Professional certification in contract management or procurement
Experience with contract management software
Familiarity with real estate development and construction processes
