About the Role:

You will take full ownership of new client acquisition. You’ll build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, expand our service portfolio, and lead a passionate sales team to exceed targets. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in competitive B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition and achieve headcount & revenue goals
• Build a robust pipeline of prospects and pursue large account sales
• Execute monthly and quarterly sales targets with precision
• Develop high-impact relationships with CXOs
• Lead strategic sales planning aligned with business goals
• Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Forge partnerships across industries and government sectors
• Track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies

Success Metrics (KPIs):

• Daily in-person client meetings
• Weekly proposal submissions
• Forecasting accuracy
• New client sign-ups

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/MBA from a top-tier B-School (preferred)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B Corporate Sales
• Proven experience in high-pressure, competitive sales environments
• Industry background in IT Staffing, GCCs, Telecom, BGV Services, Rewards & Engagement, or HR tech
