What You’ll Do:

Lead Talent Strategy:

• Drive hiring plans for volume, niche, and leadership roles for a minimum 3000+ employee counted organisation.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using modern sourcing channels and market intelligence.

Manage & Mentor the TA Team:

• Lead and coach a high-performing recruitment team.
• Optimize processes, track SLAs, and ensure quality of hire.

Collaborate with Business Leaders:

• Align recruitment with business goals in partnership with hiring managers and HR.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth execution across regions.

Data-Driven Hiring:

• Track hiring metrics, reduce time-to-fill, and improve recruiter performance.
• Present regular hiring reports and dashboards to leadership.

Strengthen Employer Branding:

• Position the company as an employer of choice in the BPO/KPO job market.
• Lead initiatives to improve candidate experience and market visibility.

What You Bring:

• 18+ years

  in talent acquisition with at least

  4+ years in a leadership role

  .
• Proven track record in

  BPO or KPO hiring

  , including high-volume recruitment.
• Exposure to

  international hiring

  is a plus.
• Excellent people management, stakeholder handling, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong command over recruitment tools, ATS, and data analytics.

BPO / KPO / Outsourcing / Global Services
