Job Summary: Manage and support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to strategic clients and private equity investors. Identify and understand the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients. Reviewing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities with the objective of identifying key issues such as normalized earnings, net debt, liabilities, net working capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts etc. Handle end to end delivery including supervising and reviewing engagement teams fieldwork, reporting of diligence findings and coordination with other service lines like tax etc. within the firm. Establish strong professional relationships with external clients and internal team members. Support the partners in driving select client relationships of the firm Take the lead on internal practice improvement initiatives relating to quality, risk, people etc. Assist in business development work Support a portfolio of engagements, by leading a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates Develop and mentor teams Qualifications: Required: Qualified CA ***Experience in financial due diligence in a client facing role. Mainly worked in the Infra Sector Skills and Competencies: Excellent written, verbal communication with presentation and team management skills.
