General Manager Talent Acquisition

As the General Manager of Talent Acquisition for a large-scale service-based organization with multi-geography exposure, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end hiring processes. Your strategic mindset and hands-on approach will be crucial in driving recruitment initiatives, particularly for bulk and leadership roles across various regions. Your responsibilities will include developing hiring plans for a workforce of over 3000 employees, creating robust candidate pipelines through modern sourcing techniques, and ensuring the quality of hire by optimizing processes and tracking SLAs. Moreover, you will lead and mentor a talented recruitment team to achieve high performance standards and align recruitment strategies with the overall business objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders. Data-driven decision-making will be a key aspect of your role, as you will be expected to track hiring metrics, enhance recruiter performance, and present regular reports to the leadership team. Additionally, you will focus on strengthening the employer branding of the company within the BPO/KPO job market, improving candidate experience, and enhancing market visibility. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity. A proven track record in BPO or KPO hiring, familiarity with international recruitment practices, and strong skills in people management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning are essential. Proficiency in recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and data analytics will be advantageous.
