Role Description

The General Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The role involves overseeing the operational and strategic management of the company to ensure the efficient delivery of security and facility management services. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams, managing client relationships, developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Additionally, the General Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and promote sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Operations and Strategy: Expertise in operational planning, strategic decision-making, and implementation of business strategies to achieve organization goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of security and facility management practices, regulatory compliance, and technology-oriented solutions.
  • Additional Expertise: Experience in financial planning, budget management, and resource optimization for business development and growth.
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in the security, facility management, or similar service industry is highly recommended.
