General Manager, Sales and Marketing

The GM Sales is responsible for overseeing all sales activities. This role involves managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The GM-Sales collaborate with other departments to maximize dealership performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotions and drive customer engagement.
• Manage inventory to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum seven years proven experience in automotive sales management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.
