General Manager - Administration (Civil & Technical Oversight)

The Opportunity:-

The Rajas Group of Medical Institutions (Dental, Pharmacy, Nursing, Arts & Science Colleges) seeks an experienced and proactive General Manager - Administration to lead all non-academic institutional management. This critical role involves full oversight of Administration, Civil Works, and Technical Maintenance across the entire campus infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: -

Administration Leadership: Manage day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth operation of all institutional support services.

Civil Works & Projects: Oversee and manage all construction projects, civil maintenance, and infrastructure development, ensuring timely execution and quality control.

Technical & Facilities Management: Direct the Maintenance Department, supervising mechanical, electrical, and utilities maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of all campus systems (e.g., HVAC, power backup, water supply).

Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, safety standards, and institutional SOPs regarding campus management and maintenance.

Vendor & Contract Management: Handle negotiations, contracting, and performance management for all external administrative services, civil contractors, and maintenance vendors.

Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory) :-

B.Tech (B.E.) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering | 10+ Years in institutional administration, facilities management, or similar large-scale infrastructure management.

Must-Have Skills: Proven leadership skills in managing diverse technical and administrative teams. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and project management.
